Software Architect

You should have very strong Microsoft .NET framework experience using C# as your language of choice.

Your experience should cover SQL Server 2000, stored procedures & query tuning. You should have full project lifecycle experience and not be shy of documenting what you've done.

Knoweldge of either ASP.NET or WinForms is needed.

Web Services, .NET Remoting and any knowledge of programming on portable devices such as Windows Mobile 2003, Windows CE.NET and Windows Pocket PC would be a great advantage.

Graphics Designer

Do you have some great artistic flare? Do you use Macromedia Flash MX, ActionScript? Have you done any marketing work or performed artwork for brochures, exhibition stands? Have you done the graphical design for large customer facing websites?
